My husband and I would like to commend your staff on the wonderful way they take care of our BAYLEE whenever we're out-of-town. He looks so good when we pick him up. I know he misses us but your Pet Resort staff gives him the loving touch he needs while he's there.

We would especially like to commend Colleen Shergold, Brittany Satterfield; and any other resort attendants that are not listed on your website should be commended for a job well done!

Wendy & Melissa are always professional when we call in to make a reservation and when we call from our vacation destination to see how our BAYLEE is doing. Your staff has to be the most caring and professional people in this field of animal care.

We have recommended your facility to a number of our friends and always comment on how clean the pet area is and what loving care you give to our BAYLEE during his stay with you.

BAYLEE was only born with 3 legs and has had 3 back surgeries at Auburn in the last 4 years and we never have to worry about that when we leave him with your caring resort attendants. Your attendants are very alert about how to pick him up, his play area, etc.

Thank you again for keeping your facility so clean and being the loving animal caretakers that you are. You are the only facility that we don't feel guilty about leaving BAYLEE with when we do go on vacation. Keep up the good work and I hope your present employees stay there for a long time because they are APPRECIATED!
